This proposed project features a thoughtfully designed 1,352-square-foot two-story addition and extensive remodel of an existing residence in Glendale. The transformation reimagines the home with expanded living spaces, refined architectural detailing, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Complementing the residence is a 478-square-foot cabana and a dramatic 800-square-foot infinity-edge pool, creating a resort-style atmosphere designed for both entertaining and everyday living.
